2 questions:
The cap is 75 or 100? I've seen both being mentioned.
There is mention you can trade Prospect/Draft pick. But there is no mention of a draft in the rules, neither of having prospect on your team. Could you clarified this please?

Cap is 100
There are no prospect teams. We created the league about 4 years ago and at first we had prospect drafts and picks.
Right now..we're not going to have that.

Also, I think I know what you're getting at.
75 is years cap, meaning you can't hand out long term deals to everyone. 75 years for 25 players mean you average 3 years per player.
Remember, you must have a minimum of 5 minimum contracts and 5 max contracts of 5+ years.

Yeah, some other question, sorry if it is written, I'm french, so maybe there is something I didn't understand.
Minimal contract are only 1 year, or 1 year + option is also minimal?
When can we sign UFA in real life? Always or they are considered as a team, and will be available during one week?
